Don't worry u can contact Your Nearest Chapter of ICSI(Director of student service) through letter as well as mail, and take DD for Rs.50 in favour of ICSI, New Delhi , then they will change ur name and issues new ID card ... First you visit the Institute and make an inquiry regarding your problem...

not possible to go there coz it is in other city..thats y i have no option other thn mail..
