sir I got exemption in it&sm last attempt;now I am writing 6papers.I think I will get170marks including it&sm and in grp1 190marks.Now I will pass in total aggregate or not.

Dont aim for passing only. Try for a score by working hard. Dont judge or guess ICAI.

Sir please answer for my doubt about exemption pleae
4 papers*100 marks = 400. You need to score 50% in aggregate i.e., 400*50%=200 and minimum of 40 marks in each paper.
7papers*100=700. In aggregate you must score 50% on 700 that is 350. Assuming your exemption marks in ITSM was 60, then in remaining 6papers you must score 350 - 60 = 290
