is it necessary to fill annual return each n every year ? may i submit annual return for last three(3) year.( in case of public co).

Dear Sanjiv ,
if You fill your annual return (form 20 B) for only for last 3 years, then your Master data in Mca Website will be updated, but it is necessery for compliance to file your all pending years Documents.
