I am unable to update any type of digital certificate in the incometaxindiaefiling website. The java pop-up is not coming and the option to select the certificate is not coming. In place of it the error is coming.
I have enabled the java scriptt from the internet option and installed the following java applications:
JAVA (TM) 6 update 34
JAVA (TM) 7 update 9
JAVA (TM) SE Development kit 6 update 34
JAVA FX 2.2.3
I have the Windows 7 Pro Operating System and IE 9 (64 bit).
