updating directors database

Hi

ON Bse send theList of Director along with their appointment and their qualification. Also you have to send the prescribed detail in the form of director including their other directorship.

this link show the form in which you have to provide director details.

Ya i i found that..but i m nat able to fill it...do i need to take out the print out of that form 1 and fill it in by hand

Its written that  -------if you find the need for modification in details of any of the directors, please take a printout of the relevant page, mark corrections and send the same to :
Directors Database,
C-101,Rishi Apartments
Alaknanda
New Delhi - 110019

Ya send the same by filling by hand and also scan copy of the same by mail.

Actualy ...when u see the the directors details from the BSE Datbase...there is an information which shows in which all companies he is director... so in that we want to add more companies to his database in which he is a director...

so how to add mor

ya you have to show all his directorship including directorship in listd and unlisted both.

NOW THERE IS NO SPECIED FORM FOR IT..FORM 1 IS FOR APPOINMENT AND FORM 2 FOR CESSATION..

WHERE SHUD I ADD THE COMPANIES..BKOZ THEY ARE SAYING TAK OUT THE PRINT OUT O THE RELAVNT PAGE ADN DO THE CORRECTION AND SEND IT
