Unsecured loan from director in cash

                  Kindly help me to get answer to the following question.

What is the maximum amount of unsecured loan can a company take from its Director in CASH.

 And if the company is an One Person Company (OPC) then  What is the maximum amount of unsecured loan can a company take from its only Director in CASH.
