Unjustness of ICAI

You are right, Mohini....I was quite surprised after reading the Last Minute notification by ICAI....ICAI could have taken necessary steps quite earlier, instead of taking the papers from student half-way....

Cancellation of HINDI MEDIUM Paper-3 of PCE and Paper-2 of IPCE of Chartered Accountants Examination-May 2011 held on 05 May 2011.The said exam for Hindi medium candidates will now be held again on 17th May-2011

CANCELLATION OF EXAMINATION OF GROUP-I, PAPER-3, LAW, ETHICS AND COMMUNICATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE EXAMINATION AND GROUP-I, PAPER - 2, BUSINESS LAWS, ETHICS AND COMMUNICATIONS OF INTEGRATED PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE EXAMINATION HELD ON 5TH MAY - 2011 IN RESPECT OF CANDIDATES WHO HAD OPTED FOR HINDI MEDIUM

It is hereby informed that due to unavoidable reasons the examination of Group – 1, Paper - 3 – Law, Ethics and Communication of Professional Competence Examination and Group – 1, Paper - 2 - Business Laws, Ethics and Communications of Integrated Professional Competence Examination held on 5th May-2011 in respect of candidates who had opted for Hindi medium stands cancelled. The said examination for the candidates who had opted for Hindi medium will now be held again on 17th May - 2011 (Tuesday) from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM. The venues of the examinations will remain unchanged. Admit Cards already issued would remain valid.

This is truly not fair.

I agree ICAI can do anything on any time but this is not justis. Why only Hindi Medium Students Suffer this why don't for English medium also. I agree exam was so easy but it should be check out before Exam held on the date. And is exams only held by setting not checked out by the president or anyboby else. 

Its not good for the students, i never think about that from the side of ICAI
 

I dont know why ICAI was creating all this nonsense.

It is totally unprofessional work from Chartered Accountant Institute, If they want to cancel  the exam.  they need to cancel for both Hindi and English Medium.

Now  Hind medium have different paper and English Medium have different paper.

It is also a proper case for filling case in the court for injustice done with Hindi Medium students.

I agree with you all, but lets see it from different side , whatsoever was the reasons that ICAI had cancelled the hindi medium exam but we can't do anything we have follow the path prescribed by ICAI, we have to honour everthing that our institute is ammending for us. But above all this  we are proud to be ICAI'ians.

Lets hope for the well , as ICAI will never do anything wrong with anyone, Our institute will always be with us, at every moment, for any difficulty, and always try to help us with the best. so, be prepared for the new exam , and also prepare well and study those things also that we have left.

So, Be proud to be the part of ICAI.

NEVER AGREE WITH U.Whatever ICAI done is unjustified...i recomend the affected people to file a case against ICAI...
