Kindly explain me the advantage and its uses of Under Section 81 b of Income Tax Act and how to apply for this Certification and its procedure. Kindly explain.

please confirm section because section 81 of the income tax act 1961  has been omitted  w.e.f   1..4.1968  as per finance act 1967.
