I m a small businessmen. my total turnover below 20 lakh below. can I eligible for GST.

Not liable unless doing interstate trade or e commerce
or liable to RCM
If you want to register under GST, you may register even if your turn over is less than Rs 20 Lacs. But you have to file monthly return compulsory. You can get ITC also as per notification
