Unable to find my LLP in "My Companies" section in Business user workspace

Dear Members,

I have been having this problem since registering my business account (login via DSC) at the MCA portal. My LLP does not show up in MY COMPANIES section and when ever I try looking up data for my LLP like for example "verify partner details" it states that there are no LLPs corresponding to the provided/login user ID.

I don't know who to contact with the MCA since no one picks up the helpline.

I am providing an attachment for better understanding of my problem.

Please help me understand what went wrong and what can be done to correct it and if it is not possible at my end then please direct me to the relevant authority that can look into this matter.
