Unable to file DIR KYC Web

I haven't filed DIR KYC and now I am unable to. Portal returns the error as you are not eligible for this action.

 

Is someone facing a similar problem? Or knows why this is happening.

Yes it's happening raise a ticket on mca portal

I have, they've now updated me twice saying that issue has been fixed but it still isn't working.
