If you are a Registered under normal category in GST than you have to file GST returns monthly & for registered under composition quartrely return irrespective of sale / turnover in that month/ quarter
If your turnover is above 20 lakh then registration liability arises
YES IF TURNOVER ABOVE 20 LAKHS RS THAN YOU MUST APPLY FOR GST REGISTRATION
It has come to know in GST seminar that the dealer having annual turnover upto Rs. 75 lacs, they have to file return on quarterly basis otherwise on monthly basis.
