sir I am having interstate purchase stock bill with out excise duty value. only agts 2% CST value. can I claim ITC, how to calculate my ITC value.

You can't claim any ITC, as ITC on CST not available. Only if you have VAT paid, you can claim that.

CST (Inter State Purchase) tax value can't get as ITC. Also it's not available in VAT....
In case your CST bill including any ED tax. You can claim ED amount as ITC....
