Transporters declaration form u/s 194 c(6)
whether declaration form submitted by transporter to the paying authority should be on stamps only and notarized? or a transporter having less than 10 vehicles can furnish declaration without making notary on it?
please confirm and suggest.

Notorization not necessary.
On letter head of the Transport agency. As attached herewith.
-Notarization is not required.
-Can be given on the Letterhead of the Transporter
