If we send 1 bale of cloth to transport agency on 30th June, 2017 at 6 p.m.
-whether parcel will be accepted by transport agency?
-if accepted , invoice need to be issued or not?
-if in midnight I.e. after 12p.m., whether truck will be allowed to cross border of state without invoice?
*we are cloth trader, presently not under GST Law.

if invoice raised before appoited date is consider ed as previous law and you can claim input tax under tan 1 form which is sumbited with in 90 days of appointed date .
