Transfer on medical grounds

U can transfer your articleship on this ground, but problem is that it within 50 kms. u will not allow to transfer within 50 kms. from your town in any case.

my opinion:

you cannot 

medical ground reason is when you are treating yourself some where out of the place of office.

On medical ground u can get transfer. U read my example.

If u r article in Mumbai and ur family in pune and u want transfer then u can get it to pune and another condition is that is should not b within 50 kms. from mumbai.

According to me Kms clause is not at all required in ur case...........Medical ground is good enough for takin transfer.............recently 1 of my fren got severally injured in an accident.......now she is not able to sit 4 long hours on chair due to backache n all......n our prinicipal makes us work 4 really late hours......so she is kind of takin transfer on medical ground............principal is ready to release her..........

any doctorcertificate is requied from government hospital or some prescribe authority of doctor certificate is required ?
