Is it possible that one person transfer shares to two individual without spliting of shares. if so then please provide the required procedure.

One person can transfer shares to many persons and there is no need to split the shares.
Only the share certificates would need to be split if the shares are held in physical form and in one certificate.
In case of shares held in dematerialised form, there is no problem.
