transfer of goods

sir I am dealing with agricultural products. and products are collected by me from tribals from my own state as well as from other state. Hence the suppliers are tribals as well as agriculturist ,so they don't have any registration no. .Now please let me know the exact formalities that to be done by me to carry the goods to my registered firm.
