I Ravindra having SRO0391536, wanted to take transfer of articles. So i have send request letter and copy of my father transfer to icai on 21/09/2016..But i didnt receive any response from icai.. So i have posted a query in e sahaayataa regarding that and they informed me to send form 109.so i have send form 109 on 9/12/2016...can i send form 102,103 now..

theres some confusion in your case.. it will be wise to visit the regional office. Generally for transfer after 1st year of articleship the following is the sequence of events- Letter + Principals NOC + Documentary Evidence for transfer.
Once the institute is satisfied they send or grant you permission. After that form 109 is submitted. So visit the institute and ask them what is the status of your application.
