For a Private limited company
General documents of company like COI, address of reg office, BR authorizing any director of company. Logo to be registered. POA in favour of agent if applying online
You need to file Form TM-A along with certificate of incorporation, board resolution authorizing director to file application. Power of attorney is required if you want to file through agent/attorney. Logo is not mandatory but you may provide. If you want to claim 50% exemption of fees then obtain MSME UDYOG AADHAR.
