no it's not unsafe .no one can steal money from your account just by Knowing your account number.

knowing of pan as well is not unsafe. no one can do any financial loss just by knowing pan
every jeweller will know ur own and every supplier Incl small grocery shop will know ur bank account number.
only thing is dont share ur debit ir credit card details pin number and one time password.
