1. what's the time limit for imposition of penalty u/s 271(1)(c) after the order of CIT(A) is received ?

2. order of an assessment on a partner of the firm, in consequence of an assessment order made on a firm u/s 147 can be passed within ?

1. 1 year from the end of the f.y. in which the order of cit(a) passed

2. 1 year from the end of the f.y. in which the notice under section 148 is served

*2. is it same as one year from the end of the FY in which the assmnt. order in case of firm is passed ?

assessment order passed on firm is not relevant in respect of assessment opened/reopened on partners
