"Marine Desk AI Private Limited" in Hyderabad
through SPICe+ on MCA portal.
I have completed the ENTIRE form myself including:
✅ All director details filled
✅ PAN/TAN AO codes filled
✅ MoA and AoA ready
✅ All attachments uploaded
✅ DIN already obtained
I ONLY need a practicing CA/CS to:
1. Review the form (30 minutes work)
2. Provide Name + Membership Number +
Certificate of Practice Number
3. Digitally sign (DSC) under Section 7(1)(b)
