i want to know who all can use " & Co " along with their business title ( For example :- "Sitaram & Co" ) Can only Companies and partnership firms use it? or even sole proprietors can use it ??

to use "& co." does not means its a company
Company use Private Limited / Limited not only & Co.
& Co. generally used by professionals ya it can be used by prop.
Regards
"& co." means not to be a company.
a company's name shall always end with "Limited" or "private Limited"
"& co." can be used by any business....
