textile gst rate over 75 lacs
I m manufacturing saaree petticoat from dyed poplin cotton so what will b the procedure of GST and GST rates plz explain

value below 1000 per piece....5%, above 1000 12%
if your manufacturing turnover is below 75 lac you have option to go for compodtion schme n pay 2 % tax n file quaterly return
Note if you follow above rule you cant take input credit neither you can collect tax from your debtor its your duty to pay tax .
if your turnover exceed 75 lac then ypu have to file monthly return .
