Need assistance on below situation
If we purchased any software tool & paid through International credit card is below are applicable or not?
1.TDS
2.Service Tax
3.Form 15CB & CA

TDS not applicable
If 15CA / 15CB is applicable for payments through Credit Card, what details are to be filled in Bank Details column in 15CA / 15CB.
Also, what would happen in case of payments through online mode such as paypal, paytm, etc.
