While trying to prepare a TDS return for 26Q, Q1, FY2023-24 through NDSL RPU 4.7 version, we are getting the following error: "T-FV-3175 Either you are using old FVU version or old challan file (i.e. .csi file), please use the latest FVU version and challan file available at www.tin-nsdl.com and validate the file." We are using the latest RPU 4.7, FVU Version 8.2 and challan downloaded today 01/09/2023.

Just contact with NSDL help desk number and discuss .

Got the same error. I checked the fvu file for error. The csi file being generated is valid for versions upto fvu 8.1
I guess we need to wait till this gets fixed.
Reinstall the the RPU and FVU .
Download.csi file ( challan file) freshly and try again.

While validating TDS 26Q-Q1-FY 2023-24 return by using new version RPU 4.7 and FVU 8.2 version, error occurred T-FV-3175 also used latest challan file (.csi) downloaded from income tax site.

INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND UPDATED THE CSI FILE TO 8.2 JUST FILED MY ALL TDS RETURNS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

IT GOT FIXED GO DOWNLOAD CSI FILE
Problem solved, Challan file format 8.2 has been updated in the Income Tax portal. Go to income portal and download the latest CSI file. now its working.
