can anybody help me in filling TDS return 24q for salary for the 3rd quarter of 2011. I have other perquisite like car, mediclaim and LTA for employee. tell me what should be the total salary income of employee in return.

In Form 24Q, we have to mention the taxable amount for that particular month. As per my understanding, this amount is equal to
Monthly salary+value of perquisites-conveyance-HRA-medical reimbursement-professional tax.
