HI,

It is very nice of u to share these updation materials. 

But as I feel that you have mentioned

  "Surcharge and cess is not applicable in case of payment made to resident w.e.f  01-04-2010"

is actually effective from 01-04-2009 and not from 01-04-2010.

 

Please make necessary changes.
