No it's not necessary.
Only need is to keep their records
is it mandatory to issue NIL TDS certificate to transporter?
Also clarify whether ETDS excel template used in F.y.2011-12 can be used for f.Y.2012-13 ? or is there a change in format for f. y.2012-13.??????
