For any TDS notice we require to download consolidated file. For downloading the same the 15 digit Ack no. is main requirement. In case of one of our party Ack no. of respective quarter is not available. Is there any solution for the same?

I think Downloading the consolidated file needs 12 digit TAN registration No. itself only. Try it...
Even for generating consolidated FVU file, you require acknoledgement no.
