Kindly advise how to identify Professional and Technical Services in the bills and with details for deduction of TDS

If any CA, CS, Lawyer or Legal advisor raise invoice, its coming under professional . One should deduct tds under professional AS its current rates are 7.5% & threshold limit is 30000 .
