Is it required to deduct TDS by Companies for payments made to Insurance Companies in respect of Insurance premium on Medicdent Claim ..If so any Limits and Rate of TDS..

TDS is to be made on the insurance commission made to the insurance agent. Presently, in case the payment during the year exceeds Rs 5,000 then the tax deduction rate is 10%.
