A proprietor is providing astrology services like horoscope making and mantra japs in his brand name for which he also used to get it made horoscopes from other persons(astrologer) and perform pujas by pandits against which he is making payment through vouchers which exceeds Rs. 50000/75000 to a single person in a year. Is Tax to be deducted from this payment if yes then under which section i.e 194J or 194C.
