Company has not made TDS on the salary till now. In order to avoid interest we have made some payment provisionally ( Form-16) noissued yet. Now the company told that they are going to make the TDS, can the provisional tax payment by us can be adjusted with that of TDS of the company ?? Any other alternative than claiming refund by filing the return ? ( If total TDS made the company )
