Bcoz, it's based on area, capacity of experience and Works.
So, You can only define value.

You may charge 25000/-for deductees upto 100.
You may increase or decrease it based on the quantum of work and time taken. You see the practical complexity to decide further

There are around 1000 deductees.
You may charge 30k to 60k minimum.
You may refer the minimum fees recommended by the institute for professionals
