Is zomato delevery boy laible to pay tds on their commission? As the payment itself is vrey low. Minimum is Rs. 500 and maximum is Rs 1000 per day?

May I have strong season for answer so that i can claim back my money and see to it that it is not deducted in future
No TDS on commission up to 15k pa. Further, if the assessee is not liable for audit u/s 44AD, no need to deduct tax at source.
