TDS deducted but not deposited

To claim expenses, tds should be  deposited before filing of ITR U/s 139(1) for F.Y.2010 - 2011

My employer has deducted PPF and TDS from my salary for FY 2011-2012, but he has not deposited either of the 2. In Salary slip, it shows its deducted, but its not deposited.

I want o understand how complicated and how serious is the whole situation, on my employer's part. How will it effect me? should I deposit the tax by myself if my employer has not deposited?

FY 2011-2012 is already passed. Do I have time till 31 June to clear everything ?

my client has deducted tds on every cheque payment ,but till date it has not been shown in form 26 AS. The amount worth more than 40000/-. Now how can i file me on line return. Because in tds column i cannot enter the tds details of this particular client . Do i have to pay tax or can claim this tds too thro online. Please help me as i have finalised my accounts and is ready to file my return

My filing of it return on hold because in Form 26 AS, one of client's TDS deduction has not been shown in. That amounts to more than 40000/-. Do i have to pay the tax now and file the return or i can claim this tds too. But is it possible to enter the details in tds column of online return. How to claim this particular TDS
