If the TDS Certificate of A.Y. 08-09 than you can not take tds credit in A.Y. 10-11.
Dear Kruti,
TDS credit is available for the two years i.e. the A. Y. in which Tax deducted & the immediately succeding A.Y. So, in the given case the credit could have been claimed only in A. Y. 2008-09 & 2009-10. Thus in the A. Y. 2010-11 you can not claim.
