What is the applicable TDS rate for may PCC exams,10 as new rates are applicable

TDS Rates as applicable for Finanace Act, 2009 shall be applicable for your attampt.

for May 2010, the applicable AY is 2010-11. So the rates applicable in 2009-10 will be applicable.

TDS is not applicable on Ocean Freight under DTAA.
