Sec 2(15) includes foll activities :
relief of the poor
education
medical relief
preservation
and advancement of any other object of general public utility..
I think your objective will fall under the last option. But the call needs to be taken by the CIT. The CIT needs to be satisfied regarding ur intentions. if you say tht ur firm is already registered u/s. 12A it means that it has been recognised by the IT Dept..rite?
