Taxable inward supply invoice
Do I need to raise self invoice separately for all my taxable inward supplies up to 5000/-per day, purchased from urd when each of the transaction is more than ₹200/-

In a day it's less than 5k. Then why you need to create self Invoice

RCM needs to be paid when the URD purcahses are more than Rs.5000 per day. Self needs to be raised for the total amount.
Regarding the Rs.200 limit per transaction, it's not relating to inward supply.
