we are dealing in both exempted and taxable goods . My question is
whether we can raise one bill both for exempt and taxable goods or we have to make separate bills for exempt and taxable??????

You can make a single bill for both type of goods.

Seprate bills for exempted and taxable goods. Bill of Suppy for Exempted goods and Tax Invoice for Taxable goods
