I believe that the courts of all levels at all over India are governed by the Parliament of India and they do not have to assess their income on their own. the judges salaries at all levels are decided by the Parliament
thank you sir but the problem is bank have deducted TDS on fixed deposit now how to claim refund we requested bank not to deduct but then also they have deducted
