this is not matter that goods what is Goods tax % matter is that what type of material purchase

in other words GST RCM is applicable on all goods execpt milk salt agricultural goods

single carriage charge not more than 1500.00/-
& in case of single consignee freight RCM exemption up to 750.00/-
