Yes there are government give free software in the site https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in in excel formate , you can creat ITR File and also xml file for E Return

iam regularly using income tax department's return preparation utility software it is excellent  giving proper result & free of cost

    When I tried to open the excel, a dialog box opened, saying the macros are disabled.How can i enable the macros? Kinldy help

To enable macro:

Open excel

Go to Tools \ Macro \ Security

Tick "Medium"

Open the excel Utility.

You will asked to Enable/Disable the macro.

Click Enable.

Done
