We are a working couple , Wife is in IT and earns 30 LPA while i am self-employed having business/freelance income (Non IT).
Apart from her Full time Job which has exclusive contract she is getting part time consultant jobs (in which i can also work as i have IT background as well).
we want to have tax planning with proper documentation so that 2 part time incomes (10 LPA, 18 LPA) can be accepted by me as i am presently i have lower tax liablity.
Her both employer are ready to transfer remuneration in my personal account
pls suggest any simple arrangement where i can accept incomes as i have the skillset required for these jobs (IT background) and ask employers for documentation in my name or any OTHER genuine arrangement
We DONT want these arrangements:
- joint consultant role of me and wife (as wife has exclusive contract in her full time role so cant have other paperwork in IT domain )
- Me acting as business owner and employing wife as service provider (too complex )
- Wife taking these 2 incomes in her account and showing part time income
Or suggest any other genuine arrangement
