Form10BD uploaded without Error but form 10BE is pending even after 24 Hrs

1. Wait a Little Longer: If the 24-hour window has just passed, try logging out, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in after a few hours. Sometimes, the status update in the portal’s backend takes slightly longer than the official window.

2. Check for Notifications: Log in to the Income Tax e-filing portal and check your dashboard or the "Worklist" for any messages or alerts regarding your submission. If the generation failed due to validation errors, you will likely see a notification there.

3. Verify the Submission Status: Ensure that your Form 10BD status is marked as "Successfully Filed" and not just "Submitted" or "Pending." You can check this under the "View Filed Forms" section.

4. Review the CSV Format: If you continue to face issues and suspect a validation error (especially if you uploaded a large number of entries), review the Instruction sheet for CSV of Form 10BD to ensure all fields, particularly donor PAN and donation amounts, were in the correct format.

If you still cannot download the forms after another 24-hour wait, you may want to contact the Income Tax Department's helpline or raise a grievance through the e-filing portal's "Helpdesk" or "Raise a Grievance" feature to confirm if there is a technical issue specific to your filing.

I am facing the same issue. I filed on 19th May and the CSV was uploaded successfully. It had shown errors multiple times earlier, but after making the necessary corrections, it was finally accepted. So I do not think there are any errors in the CSV, because the file does not get uploaded if errors are still present.

However, I have still not been able to download the 10BEs.

There is also no error message or any pending action showing in the worklist.
