i filed Aug 2017 return with tax payble under RCM, I generate challa and go to my bank in rural area, they are said we dont have any option to collecte gst challans like this.
and 2nd query shall i create challan any bank in urban areas.

yes u can create a challan under neft/rtgs or epayment also after that u select your bank which u want to submit your challan which as possible to pay nearest bank.. GST site shows all banks but SBI branch can accept your challan otherwise u try to pay e net banking...
opt net banking option from your bank. it will better for u in future.
In case you do not have net banking facility with your bank you may pay through some some other person account having net banking facility and pay him through chèque un order to avoid pénalty.
