Hi
I am govt. Servant. I got two years schedule tribe allowance and paid income tax. This year ST allowance recovered by govt. From my salary. This year recovered amount is included in my gross salary and asked to pay IT on gross salary. My query is what I have pay tax included ST allowance which is not paid to me by employer????
